A month Ago i received greeting card from My favorite hosting company. Why i said favorite? because at the first register until now my hosting never become down. Im buy their VPS and Actually i got the best price from them with given discount 90% in first year, even though not have cpanel. Not just that their service is very good. Customer support always online in work hours. I can feel the fastest connection which they are provided.

Back to my topic, in the last month i received greeting card from them. Im very appreciate with that, and very touching my heart. Why? From USA to Indonesia they send traditional letter sending by post mail. Actually in the internet era they can sending it by email or fax. But Really im very appreciate with this. Thanks simply.

How to add my name@yourdomain.com to gmail application?

Client Ask:

I’m one of your clients, I’ve bought some space from your company for our domain ” xxxxxxx.com “. We’ve recently realized that there’s a problem in the email. Previously, we’ve had email account at our domain under google application. Yet somehow, since we replace the DNS into yours, there’s no email sent to our existing account. Could you help me to restore email service from dnspropagation to gmail service? (or at least you can suggest me some things to do)

Admin Answer:

If you want can receive your private email from your email domain (yourname@yourdomain.com) to gmail, heres step can be use

1. Login to your gmail account.

2. click “setting” in up-right corner

3. Go To “Account” tab

4. Click Add another mail account

5. Please fulfill with “yourname@yourdomain.com” email name address

6. Enter username and password also POP3 (POP3 usually “mail.yourdomain.com”). Also do not forget to giving “Check sign” in the red circles. if not give ” check sign” actually in Archive incoming message your additional incoming email will placed in spam folder

Cara menghentikan Comment spammer dengan menggunakan captcha

Makin kecil angka alexa mulailah apa yang dinamakan “comment spammer”. Beberapa software spam memang telah bisa memasuki celah pada wordpress terutama pada bagian comment. Meskipun askimet dipasang namun keberadaan sang penyepam comment masih banyak bermunculan. Sering kali kita membersihkan comment yang tidak berguna tersebut pada email dan dashboard manager kita.

Terus bagaimana cara menaggulanginya? Cara yang paling mudah adalah memasang plugin captcha untuk wordpress. Plugin Captha yang saya pakai adalah “simple-captcha ver 1.3.1 ” . Cara kerjanya adalah memasukkan angka atau huruf verifikasi sebelum comment di send atau dikirim. Nah pasti mesin spammer tidak bisa melakukannya karena harus verifikasi dahulu. Berikut gambarnya:

Cara penginstalannya mudah:

extract file zip
upload plugin forldernya pada wp-content/plugin
Ke Dashboard –> plugin —> aktifkan

Nah sekarang anda aman dari para spammer comment. Setidaknya menghemat waktu kita untuk tidak melakukan pembersihan di email dan dashboard kita.
